THE PROFESSIONAL DAY
"The Professional Day - from craftsman to the technician”- the festival mainly for lower secondary school students under the auspices of the President of Leszno, organized by the School of Environmental Protection in Leszno.
On Thursday, May 19, 2016 the School of Environmental Protection in Leszno is organizing the event under the slogan "The Professionals Day- from craftsman to the technician" on the market square. It will last from 10 a.m to 1 p.m, and the program will include numerous activities associated not only with the presentation of different professions, but these will probably reign this day on the square market in Leszno.
The main objective of the event is to promote vocational education and to indicate the jobs in different professions for the future, potential graduate. Renewable energy, hairdressing, carpentry, spraying, confectionery - are only some professions that students will be able to get to know.
The professions will be presented by students under the guidance of teachers, as well as numerous employers with whom the School of Environmental Protection in Leszno cooperates on a daily basis. Among the strategic partners one can mention The Pump Factory in Leszno, the company Spinko or Elsett Electronics and Various Crafts Guild. For the participants of the "Professionals Day" various competitions with attractive prizes and performances are prepared. Students will be able to test their professional skills. The organizers invite especially lower secondary school - third grade students, who on that day will be able to familiarize themselves with teaching at the School of Environmental Protection in Leszno. Who knows, maybe during this day they will begin their adventure with the industry, in which they can find fulfilment as students, and later - already in adult life - as valued professionals.
The event - like last year - is organized on a grand scale. Presentations and competitions will be held at the market square in Leszno, both on stage and at stations dedicated to specific professions, where everyone will find something worth seeing.

The Professional Day finished with a complete success! The event at the market square in Leszno organized by our school was held for the second time and again aroused with great enthusiasm and interest among high school students. In preparing this special event, the school has supported many of its collaborating companies, among others : The Pump Factory in Leszno , Spinko , Elsett Electronics and Various Crafts Guild.
About the Erasmus stand...we have prepared a beach!!!! to get the young peole attetion and to promote our Project. Unfortunatelly we had some technical issues with our video conference but next year it will be better.
